there should NEVER be an attachment to an email from a member of the list - any attachments are therefore suspect and should be deleted without opening

If you have agreed to receive information from another list member it should be sent to you direct not via the list - problems linked to such messages should be referred to your ISP provider

My new computer may have one/more security settings that prevent me from
opening the List attachments. Is this a server problem?? I suspect it is a
setting on my Windows XP's Outlook Express version 6.0. However, attachments
from other sources seem to open. A few digests have messages regarding
