Hi, can anyone help or advise with this?
My ancestor Mary Annie married Lance Arthur BROWN ( a second marriage as both were widowed) at Wetherby, Yorkshire in 1920. After that they disappear. I have looked everywhere in Britain and wonder if they emigrated.
On the U.S. Social Security Index I found a Lance Brown born26/12/1885 , died April 1967 in Louisiana. Zip code 70456.
Arcola, & Roseland, Tangipahoa.
Social security no: 438-09-5326.
Any ideas how I can find out more about this person and if he is 'my' man ?
There are a couple of Mary Browns dying in La in1966 and1969 but not in the same place and I don't think they are the right ones. The birth dates are not quite right.
Any thoughts on the subject would be much appreciated.
