Thank you very much to everyone who responded to my question and the generous offers of look ups. Sounds like the Ancestry.com might be the way to go but I still don't know where to get the census from and how much it is if I were to purchase it, just so I can make a comparison. Does anyone have this information please? I'll try the local library too but this is a small town so might not have any luck. Does the ancestry site cover Ireland too?
