Thanks to all those kind persons who have taken the time to write the
reports. Makes me quite envious as I have never managed to get to York,
only Yorkshire when I was younger and lived in and visited England. I
could not do the walking around now but it doesn't stop me loving my
connections with York through my family history.

I notice that Janice Wood is researching WILSON. Does your family
research include a Fanny WILSON Janice? She was born in Wiston in 1848
and married George YOUNG of Selby. She was my g.grandmother and I know
nothing of her forbears. He husband died in 1878 and about 8 yrs. later
she married a GREATOREX. Do these people have any connection with
yours?

I would be interested to know.
