Hello

I have been perusing the tithe records for Kettlewell, and I wonder if anyone out there can help with a word.

The columns for the Fleece and Lamb tithes are headed as follows: Fleece ?took Lamb ?took

The problem I have is with the word I think is took. It looks for all the world like "duck"! Can anyone confirm it as "took"? The numbers in the "took" column are 10% of the previous column.
