Hello list members,
This morning I was advised that there is a Transcription Agent in South
Australia.

YES there is -

SAGHS research service was given permission to transcribe BDM
certificates held in SA District records according to the indexes
released by the Registrar
so we hold BIRTHS 1842-1928, DEATHS 1842-1967 and MARRIAGES 1842-1937 of
South Australia
on payment of the current fee of $11.00 we will find and transcribe the
certificate for use in researching ancestors

However no-one is allowed access to SA certificates after the dates
stated above, you need to apply to the Registrar's Office for a
certified copy

So for all those people anxious to obtain information for a reasonable
