Probably not still alive, if the Court is attaching the estate, then the
person is dead. If he were alive, the attachment would be to his property or
even his person.
I was wondering, has anyone taken the time to dig through the probate
records, by that, I mean not just the wills but the inventories,
administrative accounts and other Orphan's Court records. These records can
be extremely valuable resources especially when the person dies intestate.
There are several MD Bozman's where the best information was in records of
this nature. Just a thought.
