Roll call seems like a good time to remind everyone that we still have
an active Bozeman DNA project and that we still need volunteers to
participate for most Bozeman lines. We have a definite DNA profile for
three lines: Samuel and Ann Richardson Bozeman of Bladen County, NC and
Georgia; Amos and Nancy Tarbutton Bozeman of Georgia; and James and
Martha Bozeman of Edgecombe County, NC. If you are descended from these
lines, you can still take part in the project and be tested if you want
to confirm your lineage. If you are a Bozeman male who is descended
from any of the other Bozeman lines and you are interested in taking
part in the DNA project, please contact me at:



The Bozeman DNA Project has already yielded a few surprises. I am sure
that there will be a few more surprises as we continue to test
additional Bozeman lines. The results from the twenty Bozeman men who
have participated to date are posted at:
