I'll tackle your last question first. The Anna Goes who married Tobias
Van Buren was baptized at Albany on 13 February 1704:
Anna, of Dirk Goes and Elisabeth Wyngaard. Wit.: Jan Goes, Margarita Van
Schaak.

Next. Jonathan Pearson simply got it wrong probably because he never
went beyond the Albany records, and therefore concluded, incorrectly,
that Martin Van Buren, the son of Peter Van Buren and Ariaantje Barents,
married Maria Vandenburgh. Furthermore, Martin, baptized in 1701, would
have been unusually young to have married at 18 years of age. Also note
the absence of a daughter named Ariaantje for this couple.
This is the Martin Van Buren who married (by license dated 14 July 1719)
to Maria Vandenburgh as his 2nd wife:

However, a study of the names of the children of Martin Van Buren and
Dirkje Van Alstyne presents a different picture. And please note that
oftentimes the wife was recorded using her husbandnomic, and only one of
their children, Abraham, was baptized at Albany..
Martin Van Buren, baptized 28 December 1701 at Albany, the son of Peter
Van Buren and Ariaaentje Barents, married 7 November 1729 at Kinderhook
to Dirckje Van Alstyne, who was baptized at Albany on 30 April 1710, the
daughter of Abraham Van Alstyne & Maritje Van Deusen.

If Jim Brady has a marriage record, I would appreciate it if he could
please post it. I have 7 November 1729 at Kinderhook, but no source.
Martin Van Buren and Dirckje Van Alstyne had issue:

So, after all the false starts and children who died as infants, this
couple finally ended up with four children named after the paternal and
maternal grandparents: Marytje in 1735; Abraham in 1737; Ariaantje in
1739; and finally Peter in 1741.
Abraham Van Buren, baptized 27 February 1737, married Maria Goes who was
baptized 16 January 1748 at Claverack, the daughter of Johannes Goes and
Jannetje Van Schaick:

Their son Martin (the President) was baptized 15 December 1782 at
Kinderhook:

Mother: Maria Goes; Sponsors: Pieter Van Buuren, & wife Catharina Quakkenbos

The sponsors were his brother Peter (baptized 1741) and his wife
Catharina Quackenbush.
Martin Van Buren (the President) married 24 February 1807 (supposedly at
Haxton House in Catskill, Greene, NY) to Hannah Goes, who was baptized 8
March 1783 at Kinderhook, the daughter of Johannes Goes and Maria
Quackenbush:

I hope this helps clear things up.
