John Edwards SR b. abt 1727, wife Henrietta married abt 1751
Betty b. March 1752 ( married a Bridwell)
Joseph b. Feb. 1754
John Jr. b. July 1757 (poss Rev war # 531662) poss children if Rev war
solider Samuel, John, William, Ellendra, Martha Sparks and Elizabeth Sisk)
enlisted in 1777 and died in Surry Co NC in 1817.
Mary b. 1760
Thomas b. 1762
died young
Sarah b. 1765 died young
William 1769

John Edwards Sr came from Wales and settled in Fauquier Co VA.

Joseph Edwards b. 1754 married Mary abt 1776
John b. Dec. 1776
Sarah b. 1777
Joseph b. 1781
Sanford b. 1783
Thomas b. 1791
William b. 1786
James b. 1794

L. Andres of Columbia SC says Joseph Edwards served in the Rev War. The bibl
also states the Edwards and Bridwells came from VA.

The following is handwritten and hard to read, but will back a stab at it.
Maybe it will give someone a clue. i think the bible may havebelonged to
John W Edwards

I don't know if this is an I, T, or C, as I don't have my chart for reading
this old writing.
