Paul hat hier den wunden Punkt gefunden. Andere natuerlich auch.

Der Vorschlag ist auch von dem 'proponant' zurueck genommen worden.

Arthur auesserte sich fuer ein D: in dem Subject einer deutschen
Unterhaltung. Andere uebersetzen gleich ihren Post selber. Das sollte
nun jeder so machen wie er es am besten findet. Also, so wening Regeln
wie moeglich und trotzdem lernen.

Paul has hit the proverbial nail on the head. Splitting a neswgroup
based on the same subject into different languages will create more
havoc than mixing languages and permitting everything to be in the
same pot.

The proponent of the orginal de.soc.genealogie group has apparently
also seen this as a problem and has withdrawn his proposal.

I would like to thank all posters who offered their ideas on this
subject in a constructive manner. In the end reasonable people can get
along and understand each other.

We now return to our regularly scheduled program.
