Thanks Chris for the rough translation; which supports what I initially
suspected it meant. For clarity, let me add trevor Foulds brief introduction
to the Latin charter which follows immediately after:

"413
Grant by William the Carpenter with consent of his heirs Henry Bisset his
son, Manasser Bisset his brother and Ernulph Bissett his nephew to
Thurgarton of Cliff Mill for the building of the new church which when
completed should be expended for the common use of the brothers, reserving
to him the multure of his demesne. Also wherever he should die in England he
is to be buried in the church (before 1177).
