We had a similar experience about the same time. My cousin sent his kit in
in April and I a little earlier. For a long time, my on-line results said
"being processed." After my results were posted in June, we checked for my
cousin's and found that his had the same message as yours ("kit not
received" rather than "kit being processed"). I called ancestry.com at
1-800-262-3787 to inquire about our "order," and was told that the kit
might have been lost in the mail and we would receive an email from a
supervisor about whether we would need to submit a new swab. But instead
of any more communication, my cousin's results just showed up on the
website within a week or two. That means they must have had the kit all
along and had already processed it. However, it is possible that your kit
really was not received or was lost and you may need to do it again. I
would call them as soon as possible and try to determine what
happened. You have paid up front (unlike Oxford Ancesters where they send
the kits and you pay when you submit them), so you are owed your results.
