Subject: Another Modest "Frisian" R1b Variety

With YCAIIa,b = 19,22 R1b brought to the list discussion this morning, I went to the DYS390,391=23,11 "Frisian" type of R1b to see if anything special was there with YCAIIa,b=19,22. There is a modest cluster seen with YCAIIa,b=19,22 and DYS385a,b=11,15. It is almost all 14 at DYS607 while R1b as a whole is strongly modal 15 at this marker. This modest cluster is stongly modal 15,15,17,18 at DYS464. It could very well have blossomed after getting to England, as that is where the bulk of the pedigree hits are.
