Is the information available on the Sorenson 'Scientific Data on
Y-chromosome Marker Details' page (Marker Details under the Database
Info tab) from which a non-scientific person can determine which of the
markers described are 'slow moving' and which are 'fast moving'?

If so, how do you do it?
