Several ways. First, you can simply look and see which markers
have the biggest "spread" of values. Exceedingly roughly,
the bigger the spread the faster.

Second, you can read a scientific paper
(actually a presentation at a conference) in which they
describe a better way using graphs of marker mismatches.

However, you don't have to "do it" ... they have, and
I have. The relative rates are quite well determined.
The values in that presentation are almost certainly very good.
For relative values, that is.
