I'd be happy to. Does anyone have a suggestion of where I could
upload it? I seem to remember that DNAH allows uploads of files
for this list, but I don't have a URL.
I've deleted the R1b67GDs.csv spreadsheet file that I uploaded
to Yahoo, and replaced it with R1b67GDs.xls. It is the last
file listed on this page, for those who can get to it:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/DNA-ANTHROGENEALOGY/files/
csv files do not allow any formatting, which made the
spreadsheet hard to read. The xls version has some formatting,
including color-coding; kit IDs are blue, average GD is green,
and max GD is red.
There were 199 people in Charles Kerchner's R1b project when I
downloaded the data. The bulk of the spreadsheet is a 199 x 199
matrix showing the GDs between each pair of kits. The
spreadsheet also shows the average GD of each kit from all of
the the other kits, and the max GD between each kit and all of
the other kits.
The maximum average GD belongs to kit 48440-Kenny. He had an
average GD of 34.7 from the other kits. The maximum GD between
any two kits was 47. There were two pairs of kits that had the
maximum GD, 48440-Kenny/39142-Chamberlain, and
44576-Maddi/115092-Mahon. Tthe MRCA of two people with a GD of
47 must have lived a very long time ago. I'll leave it to
others to calculate how long ago.
