Viola Bell Smith is the grandmother's name: K2NN-RZ7 She was born 25 Jul
1907 in South Dakota, married to Lawrence Vernon Hineline. The other
submitter (who is sitting on the reserved name) had her in by the first married name.
Both husband and wife had been married previously. It's been reserved since
at least June of last year with nothing done. Right now we're playing a
waiting game to see if the Membership Office can help identify JSBerry1064466.
JSBerry hadn't done the research very well either, because she had been born
in SD, rather than in Nebraska. But that's not the point right now.
Tell your people that if they're going to clear names, to start working on
them. They are not eggs, and will not hatch if you sit on them indefinitely.
Others may be waiting for it to be completed. Katherine can't seal her mom
to her parents until that temple work has been taken care of for her
grandmother. And yes, she is working on other things while she waits, but she
really wants to get her grandmother sealed to her mom and soon will be able to do
it herself, assuming we can get it cleared for her.

you're not only one with this type of problem.
I found one sitting on a reserved name for almost 2 years now and that
name was already been done more than 100 years ago.
and to help you further, we need the ID number of the grandmother listed
in nFS so we can see what is in the "hidden" portion of the record.
