That's the kind of specific information that helps. Thanks.
A " shooting for date" gives consultants and missionaries a bit more "leverage" in generating enthusiasm among priesthood leaders and members. We know that about 90 days beforehand, the "heads up" is given to priesthood leaders and they are told to start training members and calling consultants.
I keep close touch with the bishops in our stake and with our stake president and two weeks ago I told him my very very rough "guesstimate" was he should be hearing about June or July because I figured from all the previous talk that Salt Lake wouldnt get NFS until about September or October. We heard that with the last "stopping in its tracks" it would be the end of this year before the rollout was completed, and again, Salt Lake would be last. Last year we were hearing that Salt Lake would get it by the beginning of fall.
With a possible August completion, then he should get the heads up in May or June. THAT'S something leaders and members can wrap their minds around....
