The new FORS are great for those who have access to NFS now and can go to one of the temples with it.

But, if you're restricted from registering for NFS because you're not in a temple district that uses it, you can't print

out a FORS at home. So, you're stuck with the current process which means taking your data to a temple or library to scan for completed ordinances and printing out cards.
