When the nFS first came out after 2nd Beta testing, it was for certain
missionaries in the FHL and certain 6 districts.

Then when the call up was made for next round, I was one included as
Family History Consultant for my High Priest group in Nov 2007 and the
instructor said to aim for completion by Nov 2008.

Then when it approached, it was delayed to January 2009. Then delayed
again to August 2009/September 2009.

Reasons for delays? Bugs and loads on servers.
