That's just what I was told by one of the temples which has NFS that I did a session in this week.

While the full roll out may not be finished, the early access to all the remaining temple districts is expected to be done

by the end of this month or next month. That way the consultants can begin their training. That's not to say the full rollout will be done by then ...
