I have been able to identify William Case who married Ann as my gggg
grandfather using the HCHS files. I have only gotten into the first of
ten volumes of Cases thus far. William and Ann had at least 6 children:
Samuel H (10/20/1796-12/5/1856), Titus, Matthias, Sarah, Nancy and
Catherine. I do know of a William Case (1758-1852) that married an Anne
Fisher (bef 1769-1851) d/o Christopher Fisher and Mary Young. Can any
tell me if these William Case's are the same?
Son Samuel H Case married Jane B Waldron (3/15/1803-5/29/1882) d/o
Derrick Waldron and Elizabeth Weezer. I have found a website and a
Familysearch ancestral file with much on the Waldron side. There were
quit a few references to a Scott Case Farm in Three Bridges, Hunterdon
County. Is anyone familiar with this farm and who was Scott Case?
Children of Samuel Case and Jane Waldron were:
John B (b 1/31/1824)
Ann Elizabeth (b 10/16/1826) married Hiram Hart 12/26/1846
William (b 9/26/1828)
Mary A (d 12/1/1890) m Smith Cronce s/o Chas of Reaville
George (b 1834) m Mary Jane Quick
Sarah Waldron (b 4/16/1836) m Arbor Leigh
Samuel (b 1842 Raritan Twp) m Frances Adelaide Lake d/o John G
Joseph A (b 1847 Raritan Twp) resided in Phillipsburg)
Eleanor (b 3/24/1849 Raritan Twp)
I would be interested in hearing from anyone connecting with these
families.
