Hi all,

Defrauding an Inn keeper not an "obsolete law". It is still on the books
here in California. 537 P.C. (California Penal Code) and is used regularly.
Usually it is used when people don't pay for their hotel/motel rooms. It is
also used if someone doesn't pay for a meal at a restaurant or doesn't pay
for gasoline. A long way from the '70's but the long arm of the law still
wants you to pay for goods and services :~)
