I accept the proposed guidelines and vote for Harold to keep the discussion
moving. <g>

BCG Standard 1 seems like common courtesy but still needs to be stated as
the funny thing about common courtesy is that it may not be common. Pointing
out the responsibility of each of us as the middle link in the chain between
past and future is important. We should not knowingly harm, or let harm,
anything in our possession or usage. It is respect for our future
generations so that they may see what we have seen.
