You've completely misread me. The material I'm referring to wasn't
withdrawn from circulation even if it has been microfilmed. Not everything
that has been microfilmed yet considered to be still in good condition has
been withdrawn. Since when?. If it was, then my comments wouldn't apply.
I'm saying it should be withdrawn while in good condition, whether there are
also microfilm copies or not. The reference usually says use of microfilm
(in the above, where not withdrawn) is preferred.
How did you read that out of what I wrote?
